Itinerary

DAY 1; Airport – Arusha Town–28 July

Arrive at Kilimanjaro International Airport. Pick up and then drive to Arusha Town, almost 45 min drive from the Airport to town for overnight. With taking care of praying time.

  • Meal: Bed and breakfast.

 

DAY 2; Tarangire National Park –

Pick up from your hotel and meet your guide, then take a short transfer City center for a brief shopping around the town. Afterward, we proceed to the Tarangire National Park, with chances of seeing lions, elephants, wildebeests, zebra, giraffes, and many more. Tarangire is famous for having the biggest Elephants and largest Baobab trees in Tanzania.

Tarangire National Park stretches southeast of Lake Manyara around the Tarangire River. This park is good to visit all around the year but It is most spectacular in the dry season from June to November, when several thousands of animals migrate to the last remaining pools of the Tarangire River.

DAY 3; Tarangire National Park – Serengeti 

Tanzania safari and Zanzibar Safari connect you with massive wildlife in SerengetinNatinal Park. After breakfast in the lodge overnight start a drive through Ngorongoro Highland with a spectacular Crater view en route to the endless plain of Serengeti sight groups of wildebeest grazing on the plain of central Serengeti park. On this day it is possible to visit a Maasai boma (kraal) to get more familiar with their daily life activities (optional).

DAY 4; Safari To Northern Serengeti –

Another day in the heart of Serengeti we continue our focus on the Great Migration as we delve deeper into this experience spending a whole day by the Mara River. A famous spot for the river crossing, the Mara River is situated in the Mara Region entering through both Kenya and Tanzania. Keep your eyes open for various other predators including crocodiles and those lazy hippopotami. After wildebeest viewing, drive back to the Camp for Dinner and Overnight.

DAY 5; Full Day In Northern Serengeti –

Early morning game drive in the Serengeti North. With chance to spot early morning wildebeest crossing the Mara river, morning active animals and hunting. After breakfast, the full-day game drives will follow.

DAY 6; Full Day Game Drive In Serengeti –

Another day in the heart of Serengeti we continue our focus on the Great Migration as we delve deeper into this experience spending a whole day sighting large groups of wildebeest grazing on the plain of Serengeti.

After wildebeest viewing, drive back to the Camp for Dinner and Overnight.

DAY 7; Serengeti National Park – Karatu –

Early morning game drive in Seronera to catch up with the African wild sunrise with active animals in the morning, like lions, leopards and cheetahs Before we leave Seronera we can make a stop in the Serengeti Migration Centre and Olduvai Gorge (optional). Olduvai gorge is a famous and interesting place where our ancestors have been found. Transfer to the Ngorongoro Crater, game drive en route.

DAY 8; Ngorongoro Crater Tour –

Early morning adventure in the Ngorongoro Crater where there are high chances of seeing THE BIG FIVE. The crater also includes a spectacular Soda lake with flamingos. Afternoon lunch at Hippo Pool Picnic site is an unforgettable experience. In the afternoon we leave the crater and drive to our lodge.

The Ngorongoro Crater is featuring one of the highest concentrations of game in Africa. Here you will witness an amazing spectacle of African wildlife, inside a self-contained world teeming with animals, with very good chances of seeing THE BIG FIVE

DAY 9; Transfer To Airport – Zanzibar –

After breakfast in the lodge we take transfer to Arusha/Kilimanjaro Airport for outbound you flight to Zanzibar, then pic up from Aman AbeidKarume Airport take short transfer to beach Hotel for dinner and overnight.

  • Meal: Bed and breakfast.

 

DAY 10&12; Zanzibar Island

All these days you will be staying at a beach Resort in the private villa with the option of relaxing only or you can do some nature activities in Stone Town like City tour, Visiting Jozan Forrest, Zanzibar spice tour.

 DAY 13; Transfer To Airport

After breakfast, take a transfer to Aman AbeidKarume Airport to catch your flight to home or to any of your next destination.

11Hadzabe Bushmen Day Trip

 

This day trip offers you a unique opportunity to visit the traditional homeland of the Hadzabe (or Hadza) peoples, one of the last surviving hunter-gatherer tribes in the world, and to meet their neighbors, the Datoga peoples.
You will learn about their traditions and daily life and have an opportunity to hunt with the men, practice your bow and arrow skills, walk with the women as they gather wild plant foods, and purchase crafts made by the families.
You will also have an opportunity to visit the world of the Datoga, another of Tanzania’s cultural groups, that practice the ancient art of blacksmithing. Watch as the men smelt metal and form it into arrowheads, utensils, and jewelry using age-old techniques, and visit their homes where the women will talk about their way of life.
